Our First & Last Tripel uses a classic Belgian Abbey yeast to produce a mild spicy flavour, with grapefruit peel for a hint of citrus aroma. Although it has a high ABV, this traditional, strong ale’s balance of malty sweetness to hoppy bitterness makes it an easy drinker. You’re going to enjoy this beer from the first sip to the last drop.

    Newton was a clever guy.Apparently upon having an apple fall on his head he realized that gravity was a universal constant.He also had a serious interest in alchemy.So do we, so we took a bunch of Shandong apples, put the juice on Brett yeast and made them into the can of liquid gold that you are holding right now.Dry, crisp and refreshing; this is the cider we made because we wanted to drink it. We hope you like drinking it too.
