Our First & Last Tripel uses a classic Belgian Abbey yeast to produce a mild spicy flavour, with grapefruit peel for a hint of citrus aroma. Although it has a high ABV, this traditional, strong ale’s balance of malty sweetness to hoppy bitterness makes it an easy drinker. You’re going to enjoy this beer from the first sip to the last drop.

    Newton was a clever guy.Apparently upon having an apple fall on his head he realized that gravity was a universal constant.He also had a serious interest in alchemy.So do we, so we took a bunch of Shandong apples, put the juice on Brett yeast and made them into the can of liquid gold that you are holding right now.Dry, crisp and refreshing; this is the cider we made because we wanted to drink it. We hope you like drinking it too.

For this season’s imperial stout, we substituted the coffee for more cacao as well as a cauldronful of caramel. The result is a super chocolatey drink, balancing dark chocolate bitterness with the caramel sweetness. A stout fit for an emperor!

Brewed using pilsner malt, New Zealand pacific jade hops and sticky black rice, it’s simple, crisp and drinkable.

 We’ve added Mandhel coffee during the  brewing process which gave us a full body stout beer with intense coffee flavour stout. A silky texture on the palate makes you feel like drinking a milk coffee.

As the name suggest, this is a highly carbonated, sparkling, historic Scottish ale. Using traditional British malt, hops and yeast combined with Chinese brown sugar, this low temperature fermented ale exhibits biscuit and caramel flavours, brightened by a hint of lactic sourness.

The Stooges, Hendrix, The Doors. Fuzz makes for some awesome creative output. We’ve took that onboard and put a classic German style in overdrive using Brett yeast and everybody’s favorite stone fruit. This sour peach Gose is packed with peach, Brett funk and just a pinch of salt to bring out those fruity tones. Try not to drink it until you join the 27 club.

 Another single malt, single hop IPA, fermented on kveik yeast, but this time amped up in bitterness and abv to a double IPA. Bringing out the tropical fruit flavours of Idaho 7 hops paired with the dark, rich biscuity flavours of Munich malt.
